State health officials say a 71-year-old Hamilton County woman is Ohio's 20th confirmed case linked to a fungal meningitis outbreak caused by recalled steroid injections for back pain.Ohio Department of Health spokesperson Tessie Pollock says the woman was diagnosed with a bone infection of the spine that is not necessarily meningitis. Pollock says the illness fits the Centers for Disease Control's expanded definition of the injection's impact.
