The North Ridgeville man arrested with a loaded gun, ammunition and knives at a Westlake movie theater last August has pleaded guilty to weapons charges.38-year-old Scott Smith still faces trial on Wednesday on a charge of having a weapon under disability. His attorney says Smith had the weapons for protection in case someone tried to copy the Colorado theater shooting that killed 12 people three weeks earlier.
