A Columbus police lieutenant is under investigation for alleged overtime abuse.Lieutenant Troy Casner was placed on desk duty this week while investigators determine whether he billed for overtime hours he didn't work. Casner allegedly collected 17-thousand-dollars in overtime last year while working in the narcotics bureau.
