Texting While Driving Law Kicks In

A six month grace period has ended, and the Ohio law banning texting-while-driving takes full effect today.The law gives police the authority to ticket people caught using electronic devices behind the wheel if they are pulled over for another offense. It's a primary offense for drivers under the age of 18, with an automatic fine and license suspension.
