City Council Member Pleads Not Guilty To Third DUI Charge

Cleveland city council member Zach Reed has pleaded not guilty to his third drunken driving charge. Police say Reed failed a field sobriety test and refused to take a breathalyzer test. Reed says he does not plan to resign after being arrested in downtown Cleveland early Tuesday morning.
