An Ohio prison guard who was fired after he allegedly posted threats about Governor John Kasich on-line is getting his job back. A state prisons department spokesperson says an arbitrator has ruled Jessie Hubbard should return to work at the Lebanon Correctional Institution. Hubbard was fired in January of last year. Hubbard says the post was part of a joking conversation over Senate Bill 5, a Kasich-backed proposal that would've restricted collective bargaining rights.
