Sunbury Man Sentenced For Assaulting Teen

A Sunbury man will serve 14 years in prison for kidnapping and raping an Indiana teenager last October. 47-year-old Scott Cisco was sentenced Wednesday. Delaware County prosecutors say he met the girl on-line, drove to Indiana to meet her, and then took her back to his apartment and assaulted her.
