Ohio State University will use a 250 thousand dollar donation to launch a program offering free legal services to military veterans. The donation comes from U.S. Army Captain Jenna Grassbaugh, a student who wants to honor her husband, who was killed by a roadside bomb in 2007 while serving in Iraq. The program will provide legal assistance to veterans on issues such as foreclosure and debt.
