Two Chillicothe women are facing animal cruelty charges. Chillicothe police say Olivia Dammann and Kathleen Yates were charged after they found eight Chihuahuas inside one cage in a trash-filled garage. One of the dogs was dead and the other seven were sick. The Ross County dog warden is nursing the animals back to health and hopes they will be adopted.
