An Ohio prison inmate is facing new charges in connection with a cold case in Licking County.Prosecutors say Rastamon Wilson has been charged with the 2007 home invasion shooting death of Donathan Moon in Pataskala. Wilson is serving 25 years for a concealed weapons violation, after serving time for the shooting death of a teenager at the City Center mall in 1994.
