A Franklin County judge has sentenced a Michigan man to five years in prison for causing a crash that killed one person and injured another in Franklinton last August.26-year-old Jermaine Jamerson fled a traffic stop on Bellows Avenue and caused a crash at Souder Avenue, killing 28-year-old Joseph Ball and injuring his brother, Timothy Rife. Police found drugs in his car, and Jamerson has pleaded guilty to one count of possession.
