Bill Creates Entertainment Districts

A bill in the state legislature would allow cities with more than 50 thousand residents to create entertainment districts. Sponsoring Democratic State Senator Eric Kearney says open container laws would not be enforced in the districts. He tells Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles that would not open the door to underage drinking.

Kearney says entertainment districts in other cities attract crowds and dollars.
