Work continues on a state-of-the-art aircraft testing center at the University of Dayton.GE Aviation officials say equipment to test a craft's electrical system will arrive this week at the Electrical Power Integrated Systems Center. The 51-million-dollar facility will officially open this fall, with as many as 200 researchers.
