Committee Approves More Streetcar Money

Cincinnati city council is expected to officially approve an additional 17.4 million dollars for the streetcar project. A Council committee approved the plan on Monday. The funds are needed to close a 27 million dollar funding gap. Supporters say the streetcar will boost downtown business and tourism while critics say the city needs the money for other purposes.
