WW II Vet Gets Medals This Week

A 91-year-old veteran of World War II has received his medals. Melvin Dull received the decorations - including a Purple Heart, Bronze Star and POW medal - on Thursday. Dull's records had been lost in a fire, preventing him from receiving the medals earlier. Dull served in the U.S. Army in 1945, most of the time in Germany's Black Forest. He was captured in May 1945.
