Former Deputy Charged With Sexual Abuse

A former Clark County sheriff's deputy is being arraigned today on sexual assault charges.30-year-old Dustin Hensley was arrested yesterday for abusing a minor who was not in his care. Sheriff Gene Kelley would not provide further details, but says Hensley resigned after his arrest.
