A Cleveland woman has been convicted of killing her fiancé by poisoning his beverage with antifreeze. Sentencing is pending for 35-year-old Holly McFeeture in the 2006 death of 31-year-old Matthew Podolak. The victim's brother is Mark Podolak, who pushed authorities for six years to file criminal charges.

Defense attorney Bret Jordan says he assumes an appeal will be filed. The prosecution has said the motive was the woman's desire to end the couple's relationship.
