A Columbus city engineer and two code inspectors have resigned after an internal investigation found they misused city vehicles and clocked in for each other when not working.The city says 43-year-old James Bushby, 51-year-old Richard Ratcliff, and 60-year-old Peter Biscus resigned after being shown videotaped evidence of the allegations. The city says the incidents likely took place over several years.
