Authorities in Wayne County report  a possible tornado touched down last night in Orrville. It tore part of the roof off of a house and downed some trees. Les Durstine, Chief of the Apple Creek-East Union Township Fire Department, says there were no injuries.

Durstine says the apparent tornado is also blamed for flattening a nearby cornfield. National Weather Service officials must confirm whether the storm was a tornado.
