Trial Date Set For Alleged Triple Murderer

A judge has set a trial date for the East Cleveland man accused of killing three women whose bodies were found last month at his home. 35-year-old Michael Madison will be tried February 28th on charges of aggravated murder, kidnapping, rape and gross abuse of a corpse. Madison has pleaded not guilty and has waived his right to a speedy trial. Prosecutors will meet next month to decide whether to seek the death penalty. The Cuayhoga County Coroner ruled two of the three women were strangled.
