Closing Arguments Today In Racial Discrimination Lawsuit

Closing arguments begin today in a racial discrimination lawsuit against the city of Cincinnati filed by an African-American firefighter. Mark Broach accuses two white fire captains of discriminating against him and falsely accusing him of neglecting his duty on a fire. He also accuses the city of retaliating against him for filing a discrimination complaint and supporting another African-American employee's discrimination complaint.
