Gahanna Zoning Commission Approves Plans For Educational Farm

Plans are in the works for an educational farm in Gahanna. The city's zoning commission has approved plans for the 4-acre farm on Hamilton Road. It will allow Franklin County residents with developmental disabilities to learn farming skills while selling their crops to farmers' markets and restaurants. More than a dozen neighbors fought the project, saying it would create noise and would be an eyesore that would lower their property values.
