Scioto Downs Owner To Merge With Another Company

The firm that owns the Scioto Downs Racino on Columbus' South side will merge with a company that operates resorts in Nevada and Louisiana next year. West Virginia-based MTR Gaming will combine with Nevada-based Eldorado Resorts in a stock merger, pending approval by shareholders and regulators.
