Former Otterbein Professor Goes To Court Next Month

A former Otterbein University theater professor faces trial in October on charges of sexual imposition, disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint. Court documents indicate Ed Vaughan had inappropriate physical contact with a 19-year-old female student during a theater performance last spring. Vaughan was placed on paid leave and retired after the allegations surfaced.
