Greyhound Driver Cited For Crash

A Greyhound bus driver is facing charges for allegedly causing a crash that sent nearly three-dozen people to hospitals. The State Highway Patrol has cited 64-year-old Dwayne Garrett for operating a vehicle without reasonable control. Garrett told troopers he choked on his coffee while driving and passed out, allowing the bus to slide off I-75 in Butler County earlier this month and roll over. Greyhound says Garrett was experienced and fully rested. The company also says the bus recently passed an inspection.
