Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam says the federal investigation into his truck stop business has been a humbling experience. Haslam told reporters yesterday Pilot Flying J is recovering from the fuel rebate scandal by becoming more accountable to trucking companies.

A federal judge is expected to approve a settlement next month in a class-action suit filed by several trucking companies who claim Pilot cheated them out of promised fuel rebates. Seven company executives have pleaded guilty to their roles in the scheme.
