Local Man Charged In Death Of Child

Licking County Sheriff's deputies have charged a Utica man with murder in the death of his girlfriend's 2-year-old daughter. 24-year-old Daniel Hall is charged with injuring 2-year-old Jocelyn Runyons on Wednesday while babysitting at the home of the mother, Melissa Swetnam. Deputies say the child died Thursday morning of injuries consistent with shaken baby syndrome.
