Sentencing is scheduled December 10th for a Columbus man found guilty today of killing another man in a house fire. 41-year-old Shane Albert was convicted of killing 48-year-old Frank Calloway in 2005 by dousing him with gasoline at a crack-house on South Dakota Avenue. Prosecutors say Julius Taylor then lit Calloway on fire. Taylor was convicted last year and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
