Man Sentenced To Prison For Crash That Killed Local Teacher

A Columbus man has pleaded guilty to killing a local teacher while driving drunk.51-year-old Clarence Dickerson was sentenced Monday to nine years in prison, after he pleaded guilty to charges of speeding and drunken driving last November. His van went off the I-70 exit ramp to James Road and killed 38-year-old Melissa Rone.
