A Franklin County judge has ruled the Grove City man accused of killing his ex-wife last year when she arrived at his apartment to pick up their two young children is incompetent to stand trial.40-year-old Jeremy Roberts is charged with killing 36-year-old Candice Roberts at his Townsend Drive apartment. Roberts will be held for treatment at local facility. State law allows one year to restore a defendant’s competency in a murder case.
