Bill Would Prevent Panel From Going Around Lawmakers

Many conservative state lawmakers were angered last month when Republican Governor John Kasich used a legislative panel to accept two and a half billion federal dollars to allow Medicaid expansion. Now some Republican legislators are coming back with a bill that would limit the controlling board’s power. Republican State Representative Ron Young tells Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles his bill would keep the board from being used as a way to bypass the will of the  legislature.
