Local Fast Food Chain Reports Narrower Quarterly Loss

Dublin-based Wendy's says it lost nearly 2 million dollars in the third quarter, compared with a loss of 26 million in the same period a year ago. The fast food chain credits a new sandwich line for the narrowed loss. Sales at stores open at least a year  - a key indicator of a retailer's health - rose by 3.2 percent during the quarter.
