Less than 20 percent of Franklin County's eligible voters participated in Tuesday's election. The Franklin County Board of Elections says more than 153 thousand votes were cast including more than 19-thousand absentee ballots. More than 2-thousand provisional ballots were cast. The board expects to certify the results by November 26th.
