A Chillicothe man has been arrested for crashing into a bicyclist Saturday night.Police say they are awaiting toxicology test results to determine if 60-year-old Emmett Beeler was intoxicated when he struck Jason Butterbaugh near Bridge and Eighth streets. Beeler is charged with aggravated vehicular assault. Butterbaugh is listed in critical condition at a Columbus hospital.
