A Columbus man convicted of the 1994 slayings of his parents could get out of prison next year after reaching a deal with prosecutors. Prosecutors say 49-year-old Robert Caulley will be allowed to apply for so-called "super-shock" probation in six months. Caulley was sentenced to up to 25 years in prison. But the Ohio Supreme Court ordered a new trial because his defense attorney had an affair with his wife during the first trial.
