Watchdog Says Lawmakers Trying To Restrict Voting Rights

Opponents of elections bills under consideration in the state legislature say majority Republican lawmakers are trying to pass changes that make it harder for people to vote, and in a way that makes it harder for Ohioans to overrule. Catherine Turcer is with Common Cause Ohio says lawmakers are considering the changes in several bills.

Turcer says passing election changes though individudal rather than encompassing bills would make it harder for opponents to launch repeal efforts.
