Toledo GM Plant Slated For Upgrade

General Motors says it will invest more than a billion-dollars in five of its factories, including one in Toledo. Company officials say 31-million dollars will be spent on plant upgrades so the Toledo facility will be able to turn out more six-speed automatic transmissions. GM has invested more than ten-billion-dollars in U.S. operations since emerging from bankruptcy protection in 2009.
