Civil Rights Groups Want Death Penalty For Suspects In Dayton Beating Death

The Southern Christian Leadership Conference and the Black Panther Party say the beating death of a 16-year-old African-American Dayton boy was a hate crime. Dione Payne was allegedly sexually assaulted and beaten to death this month by two caucasian men during a drug-related robbery.  The teen's family and the two groups area calling on prosecutors to seek the death penalty for 36-year old Michael Geldrich and 39-year old Michael Watson.
