Columbus Workers Getting Free Preventative Health Services

Many Columbus city workers will get free medical services as part of their health plans starting next year. Columbus Human Resources director Chet Christie says the services will focus on prevention.

Christie says the federal health care law requires the city to provide the free services. They will be offered even as the city increases worker health care contributions as part of a plan to reduce municipal spending.
