Propane In Short Supply

Ohio Governor John Kasich has declared a state of emergency due to a shortage of propane. A combination of higher use at the end of last year and the current string of cold weather has slowed propane transportation to the state. The declaration lifts the rules on propane transportation. David Field of the Ohio Propane Gas Association explains.

Field says extra rain last year forced farmers to use more propane to dry their crops.
