A grand jury today indicted 55-year-old Mark A. Kulis on charges of criminal possession of an explosive device and carrying a concealed weapon. Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says deputies had gone to the house on Jan. 15 to evict Kulis. O'Brien says the officers found six improvised explosive devices, bomb-making materials, several firearms and ammunition in the home. Kulis could be sentenced to more than 25 years in prison if convicted. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
