Thousands Spent On Improving Water From Hoover Reservoir

Columbus Public Utilities officials say they have spent nearly 725-thousand-dollars since late last year on carbon and other chemicals to treat water from the Hoover Reservoir. At issue were toxic algae blooms that caused a foul odor and taste.
