State Seeks Public Input On Hunting Proposals

State officials are seeking public comment on hunting, trapping and fishing regulations proposed for 2014 through 2015. 

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources will hold open houses to gather comment on March 1 from noon to 3 p.m. The sessions are scheduled for Division of Wildlife offices in Columbus, Findlay, Akron and Athens.  The public can also comment online through March 2.  The Ohio Wildlife Council will vote on the proposals April 9 after considering public input.
