State officials have revoked the medical license of the former New Albany physician convicted last year of killing and sexually assaulting a Pataskala woman.Ali Salim was sentenced to more than 36 years in prison for killing 23-year-old Deanna Ballman with a lethal dose of heroin. Ballman was killed after answering an online ad placed by Salim.
