Funeral services are pending for an Otterbein University athlete who drowned in a Hilliard lake. Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say the body of 21-year-old Kyle Miller was recovered Sunday from a lake at Pine Oaks Metro Park. Deputies say Miller went missing when his kayak overturned while trying to rescue his dog from the water.
