Nearly 20 dogs in Licking County are recovering after being poisoned with antifreeze.Sheriff's deputies say someone snuck into a dog-breeding farm last week and gave the animals large doses, killing one on them. A one-thousand-dollar reward has been issued for information leading to an arrest.
