Former Buckeye Due In Court Today

Toledo Blade

Former Ohio State cornerback Bradley Roby is scheduled to appear in court today to face a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence. Columbus police say officers cited the 21-year-old early Sunday morning in the Arena district. Police say he failed a field sobriety test, but a breathalyzer showed his blood-alcohol level was below the legal limit. Roby, a possible first round pick in next month's NFL draft, has declined comment.
