A Franklin County judge has sentenced a Columbus man to 3 1/2 years in prison for causing a crash that injured a police officer in 2012. 43-year-old Alphonso Jennings III crashed into Sergeant Steve Livingston and a woman who were standing at the scene of an accident on the ramp from 71 North to 270 West on the North side. Police say Jennings was under the influence.
