Columbus Library Helping Patrons Who Have Past-Due Items

The Columbus Metropolitan Library is launching an automatic renewal program for past-due items. Books, CDs and DVDs may be renewed automatically unless another patron has reserved the item or a patron has more than ten-dollars in fines already. Library officials hope the system will save patrons time and money.
