Homeowner Who Shot Intruder Will Not Be Charged

Columbus police say charges will not be filed against a homeowner who shot and killed a would-be burglar. Police say the unnamed man shot the suspect yesterday in his Bruckner Road home in self-defense when he was attacked. Police say a second suspect got away after beating the homeowner and his wife.
